Returns

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@myskini.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@myskini.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Please include your name, order number and make sure to attach photos and/or videos of the defective, damaged or incorrect item so that we can issue an exchange. If you have received a damaged item, you are eligible for a replacement. 

 

Exchanges (If applicable)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds (If applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

1 Year Limited Warranty

MYSKINI warrants ROSE for a period of ONE (1) YEAR after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

During the warranty period, if you discover a defect and notify MYSKINI at info@myskini.com, we will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renewed 1-year warranty coverage.

This Limited Warranty is exclusive of all other warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied. There are no implied warranties created by the manufacture, sale or use of the product.

To claim your warranty, contact us at info@myskini.com. Please include your name, your original purchase receipt, order number and ensure to attach photos and/or videos of the defective item so we can issue an exchange.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: ByUs SARL, 12 Rue du Chateau d’Eau, 3364 Leudelange, LUXEMBOURG

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your new product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over 60$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
