We proudly offer Free worldwide shipping! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. We are taking extra precautionary measures to make sure that your package & product are sanitized and clean. Please know that holidays or delays from local delivery companies might impact overall delivery times.
How Long will my order take to ship?
For the US: Delivery will generally take to 5 to 8 working days*, depending on the destination.
For Canada: Delivery will generally take to 11 to 14 working days*, depending on the destination.
For the International Customers: Delivery will generally take to 5 to 15 working days*, depending on the destination.

How to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can always check the status of your order thanks to our tracking service: Track my order
If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. Our team will get back to you with an update.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened within 30 days.
What do I do if I have entered an incorrect address?
Ensure you review all your details correctly before submitting your order. Please notify us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org if there is any incorrect information with your order within 24 hours of placing it. Changes are not guaranteed as once an order is shipped, you are unable to make any changes to it.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Just Kind co is not liable for any incorrect information provided by you while placing the order. If the package is returned to MYSKINI due to an unsuccessful delivery because of wrong information provided by you, then you may be responsible for new shipping costs.
How much sales tax will I need to pay?
Prices on myskini.com include VAT for all deliveries to the USA, Australia and EU countries. For shipments to other countries, the customer is responsible for the payment of any eventual VAT or GST as required by each country’s regulations.
Will I have to pay any custom or duty fees on my order?
Please be aware that orders made outside the USA, EU and Australia may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As MYSKINI has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.
Which payment methods do you accept?
MYSKINI accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases. Major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. You can also pay for your order with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.
As soon as your purchase has been verified, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
Will my credit card information be stored?
To safeguard your security, MYSKINI does not store any credit card details. Online purchases will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed the availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.
